I've been extremely busy with my sons basketball games, trying to full fill all the pre-holiday orders I so not intended to take on. Its been a busy life, but I am glad to be alive so I won't complain. Today, I finally got in the mail a package to a friend that I have met on a Face Book group I participate in called, Sew Up. We share Ideas, our talents and support one other. We decided to have a gift swap and this what I made for my new Sewing Sister:
Boy I hope she like it.
Melanie ~ That is one fantastic handbag :) I love it, the color combination is great. I'm a fan of wow factor and the inside takes it up a notch. Nice work!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Renata. Glad you liked it, and my Gift Swap person loved it too. I feel happy. I just joined your sight. You are an amazing seamstress. I look forward to keeping up with you and your journey.
DeleteThis is a beautiful handbag! Did you follow a pattern?
ReplyDeleteGood morning Adelina. First, let me thank you for listing my blog as an inspiration. That was very thoughtful of you. Ok, now on to the purse. This is actually a pattern I purchased from Ebay, its called Steph in the City. Here is where you can find it: http://www.emmalinebags.com/steph-in-the-city-bag/4564788906. I've made it a hundred times I think, so I have made a few alterations. The one on my blog was a little bigger than than the pattern suggests, but I scaled it up a couple of inches. Thanks again for being so kind. Have a great day.
